I took a picture of this rare site while driving on Newport Rd in Menifee on my way to check on the construction status of the New Homes in Menifee that Capital Pacific Homes is building. It was one of those moments when I felt at peace with the world – crystal clear air, snow capped mountains, and all these white birds taking a break by the little creek that had been created from the recent rain. Others stopped to take photos as well.

While doing what I do often, previewing new homes in Temecula and the greater area, on Saturday I visited the New Home community of ” The Bungalows” in Wolf Creek by D.R. Horton. It was surprising how functional the floor plans were as well as the features of the homes.  There are three floorplans and three exterior styles ranging from 1800 sq ft to 2200 sq ft.
