NEW HOMES IN MENIFEE WITH LARGE LOTS
I took a picture of this rare site while driving on Newport Rd in Menifee on my way to check on the construction status of the New Homes in Menifee that Capital Pacific Homes is building. It was one of those moments when I felt at peace with the world – crystal clear air, snow capped mountains, and all these white birds taking a break by the little creek that had been created from the recent rain. Others stopped to take photos as well.
On to the new homes in Menifee There are two homes that will be ready for quick move-in, by the end of February:
Lot 49 is a plan 3B. This home is two stories, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 3,867 sq ft and sits on a 40,369 sq ft lot. It includes granite, stainless steel appliances, maple cabinets and is wired for ceiling fans in the bedrooms and family room.
Lot 50 is a plan 2B. This home is two stories, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 3,490 sq ft and sits on a 41,457 sq ft lot. It includes granite, stainless steel appliances, maple cabinets and is wired for ceiling fans in the bedrooms and family room.
These two lots are among the smaller ones available so they are comparable to large cul de sac lots. However, you will have the benefit of more privacy from large spacing between houses and will have ample parking

Does it get any better than this? Yes it does! Wait till you hear the options that are included in the home!
There arose a consistent theme this week while I was working with clients. They are tired: tired of looking at homes that are in such poor shape, and they’re tired of making multiple offers on homes for sale in Murrieta and Menifee, with no response. Murrieta bank owned homes are sold “as is” and then when major problems are brought to light, the sellers, of course, won’t make any repairs so the cost is shouldered by the buyer. Short sale homes in both Menifee and Murrieta are often in better shape but banks are resistant to negotiating a sale. Clients are often stonewalled. What is someone who is buying a home to do?
