My friend Dave walks around the neighborhood most mornings. He isn’t an agent but works on websites almost exclusively in the industry. He made some observations about the new KB new homes development here in Murrieta vs. the resale market. Values differ for different people and new homes have their own intrinsic value, but there are some bargains to be had right around the corner in many areas where new homes are being built.

This weekend, KB Homes opened their newest communities in Murrieta:  Fox Hollow at Crown Valley, and Twinbrook at Crown Valley.  These new communities are located next to the established community of Parkside built by Capital Pacific Homes.
  • Fox Hollow will include 5 single story floorplans ranging in size from 1558 sq. ft. – 2597 sq. ft.
  • Twinbrook will include  3 two story floorplans ranging in size from 2595 sq ft – 3380 sq ft. All homes will be on approximately 7000 sq ft lots.
Construction on the models for these homes will begin soon.
