KB homes launches their Crown Valley project grand opening this weekend, April 30, 2011.

Two communities are opening simultaneously: Fox Hollow featuring 8 floorplans each in three variations, Spanish, Craftsman and French square footage of these homes will range from 1551 ft.² to 3380 ft.² the smallest floorplan comes with four bedrooms and two baths while the largest will have five bedrooms, up to four baths and a two-car garage.

Some models will be available exclusively in the Twinbrook development  one of these models, the plan 2905 features up to six bedrooms, up to three bathrooms and a three car garage.

All the KB  homes are based on KB’s “built to order” program which allows for personalized enhancements and upgrades available from KB homes. About 150 new homes will be built in the development the first of which will be available in August.
